My Background

I was an Executive Pastry Chef and loved the food industry. It was fun, super creative, and presented many challenges which added to the fun. As the years went by, I felt pulled in another direction. I heard a voice say, "you're not meant to be a chef anymore", while in the peak of my career. It took awhile to understand it and where the voice came from, as I fought to maintain a passion for something I was so identified with.

The early stages of awakening were confusing and slow due to my stubbornness. An observant friend noticed my life was changing, yet I hadn't given myself permission to change with it. Not that I needed permission, but at that time, it was part of my belief system. What an epiphany that was! I started to accept that being a chef was just an experience. I received what I needed, and it was time to allow newer experiences. Now being further along my ascension journey, I realize the Universe was moving me away from complacency and disassembling many old concepts in order to expand spiritually and connect deeper with everything.

MY PURPOSE

Your Higher Self is you in the higher dimensions. Having a connection with this aspect of you is quite an amazing experience. We begin to remember the powerful energetic beings we are and the possibilities beyond logic. We begin to activate more of our crystalline body and our abilities. Our intuitive knowing and healing capabilities are honed through this connection. At this time, my purpose is assisting others build this connection. It starts off bumpy.....just as anything new and gradually gets smoother with practice along with releasing old anchoring thoughts and heaviness.

I adore the method of QHHT. It assists with connecting to higher dimensional wisdom simply by utilizing normal brain functions. The technique further impresses me by illuminating our metaphysical capabilities. The healing achieved in sessions are performed by you to you.

A lot is happening as Earth transitions to 5D from now till 2032. I am here to support others during the planetary shifts.
