My Background

I was an Executive Pastry Chef and loved the food industry. It was fun, super creative, and presented many challenges which added to the fun. As the years went by, I felt pulled in another direction. I heard a voice say, "you're not meant to be a chef anymore", while in the peak of my career. It took awhile to understand it and where the voice came from, as I fought to maintain a passion for something I was so identified with.

The early stages of awakening were confusing and slow due to my stubbornness. An observant friend noticed my life was changing, yet I hadn't given myself permission to change with it. Not that I needed permission, but at that time, it was part of my belief system. It felt like phases of an uphill battle, since my ego needed attachment to titles and concepts to feel worthy. Yet, during brief moments of stillness, I was aware of a peaceful knowing to continue the shredding of my older self even when I didn't know what was next.

I started to embrace that being a chef was just an experience - not who I was or am. It was time to allow more experiences and new perspectives. Now being further along my journey, I realize the Universe was moving me away from complacency and disassembling outdated concepts in order to expand me energetically and connect deeper with everything. This part of the path feels magnetic and flowy with a vastly different perspective...like being able to see more angles and accepting all of them as a perfect orchestration.

MY PURPOSE

Your Higher Self is you in the lighter dimensions. Having a connection with this aspect of you is quite an amazing experience. "Amazing" doesn't quite describe it well, because it feels more like love, flow, excitement, peace, and fun wrapped together. An uncovering begins to happen where we remember the spiritual beings we are and the possibilities beyond logic. We begin to activate more of our crystalline structure and abilities. Our intuitive knowing and healing capabilities are honed through this connection.

At this time, my purpose is assisting others build this connection. It starts off bumpy.....just as anything new and gradually gets smoother. I deeply appreciate using the method of QHHT. It assists with connecting to higher dimensional wisdom simply by utilizing normal brain functions. The technique also illuminates our metaphysical abilities. The healing achieved in sessions are performed by the ethereal you to the physical you.
