• Chakra Meditation - Our chakras are gateways between the physical and energetic bodies. With intention and practice, it becomes easier to balance, align, and expand your energy centers. This meditation also brings awareness to your auric field and connects with your crystalline light body.

2) SOUND Journey | Breath | Qi Gong

Private Sessions - $70 individual

• 90-min session - This session is focused on relaxation and presence. Great for those seeking harmonious embodiment and inner connection.
• Sound Journey - Allow yourself to deeply relax as harmonious sounds of crystal bowls and nature gently bring you into a state of tranquility.
• Qi Gong Flow - Become familiar with the life force around and through your hands. Synchronize the energy with breath and movements. Slow breaths will help calm the mind.

Enjoy the same itinerary of wellness events on the date of your choice and in a private setting. Luxury pillows, Japanese floor cushions, lavender-weighted eye covers, and throw blankets will be provided.
