Join me as we activate our chakras and ground into Gaia through meditation. You'll learn how to energize and balance your life force energy through movements, visualization, and breathing. Unwind as Kieu-Linh plays cosmic sounds using singing bowls, and gently journey through hypnotic binaural frequencies.

You are welcome to bring a light blanket and meditation pillow for extra comfort. Yoga mats and pillows will be provided. Limited seating. Reserve your tickets prior to class.

Private Sound Experience

$70 individual | $120 couple

This 60-minute session includes curated sounds allowing you to ground, expand, and explore through harmonic and transcendental binaural frequencies. The chakras are gateways between our physical and energetic bodies. We proceed with a chakra meditation helping you activate and balance your energy centers, align with your Higher Self, and anchor the energy into Gaia.

A selection of complimentary, organic teas will be available. Please allow yourself an additional 30 minutes to relax if you would like this option. Japanese floor cushions, luxury pillows, weighted eye covers, and throw blankets will be provided.
